Information Shipping and Privacy

Our catalog is completely online. We do our best to keep our prices as low as possible for both the retail & wholesale customers. This is why we do NOT have a printed catalog. We update frequently so it's best to bookmark us and check back at your convenience.

We accept MasterCard and VISA, as well as checks and money orders. You can also go to www.paypal.com to pay. Use our email address, which is info@artisticdelights.com. You may also order by check (prepaid, including s/h) and sent to our address above.

All orders must be prepaid.

Shipping and Delivery Turnaround Time

We always try to ship your order the same day. But this is not always possible. We will notify you if your order is not going to be shipped within 48 hours.

Orders weighing under 2 pounds are shipped by Priority Mail, arriving in 2 to 3 days. Orders weighing over 2 pounds are sent by UPS ground and can take up to 9 days to arrive to the East Coast. All mister foggers weigh 3 pounds including the transformer.

By shipping many of our orders by UPS ground, we can keep the freight cost reasonable. All misting products weigh 3 pounds and are shipped by UPS ground. Upon request orders can be shipped Overnight, Second Day Air or Three Day by UPS for an extra fee. You must call to get this service.

Foreign Shipping Fees

Due to our high volume of orders, we are no longer shipping to foreign countries, including Mexico and Canada.

Return Policy

An item that is in salable condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving it. Please include a copy of the invoice. Also include a short explanation of what is wrong with the item.

You must also email us and explain the problem and give us a chance to correct the problem instead of returning it. At that time we will authorize a return if necessary. We cannot promise full refunds on items sent back without authorization.

If the item is in salable condition--in the original packaging if there is a box--a full refund of the product cost will be paid by check if it's within 30 days. There are no refunds on freight charges.

Item must be returned in it's original packing materials or a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent our customer list to other businesses. We do not give email addresses to other companies.
